    First – I love your plugin. Great job! It has all the features I wanted and was easy to configure.

    I am having a problem with your plugin on my mobile device (iPhone iOS 10.3.3/Safari) when the device is rotated. Details are below. Is there a way to fix this with a shortcode option?

    I currently have your plugin installed on my website home page with the following shortcode:

    [logoshowcase limit="-1" hide_border="true" autoplay="true" autoplay_interval="100" loop="true" slides_column="5" speed="1000" slides_scroll="2"]

    On a desktop browser, it works fine. On an iPhone (iOS 10.3.3) Safari browser, the performance is not so good. Sometimes the scrolling is very choppy. The problem can be easily reproduced by rotating the mobile device so that the screen width changes.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    The slider performance improves if I refresh the browser page after rotating the device. While this is not an acceptable “fix,” it may indicate the problem.

    Also, since posting the shortcode in the previous post, I added the following two options to my shortcode:
    dots="false" arrows="false"

    If you have any suggestions for fixing the device rotation problem, please let me know.

    Thank you for a great plugin and for your support.

    @wponlinesupport,

    If you’re trying to access alottajava.com from an international address, there’s a good chance that I blocked your CIDR. What’s your IP address?

    Note that I am observing the problem on an iPhone 5s. In portrait mode, the slider displays 1 logo at a time. In landscape mode (after rotating the device), the slider displays 2 logos at a time.

    The problem is very easily to reproduce and happens when the device rotation changes the number of displayed logos (from 2 to 1 or from 1 to 2). After rotating the device, the slider scrolling becomes very choppy and is not smooth.

    @wponlinesupport,

    Thank you for your quick reply and for testing on your iPhone 5s. It’s probably something specific to my website. You should now be able to access my website if you would like to test it.

    Thank you very much for your hard work and your great support!

    @wponlinesupport,

    I have removed the firewall rule that blocks your CIDR. You should now be able to access https://www.alottajava.com.

    Please let me know what you find when you view the logo slider on my home page and rotate your device.

    Thank you very much for your help!

    Please update our latest version v1.3

    (@deeveedee)

    Thank you! We have applied v1.3 in our test environment before installing on our production site. Version 1.3 enables show_title by default. Since we do not want to display titles, we needed to add show_title="false" to our shortcode.

    We have updated plugin to version : 1.3.1
    Please update and test.

    Hope this will work for you 🙂

    Thank you for your very quick response! Version 1.3 (currently running on the production site) does not fix the device rotation problem. The slider still breaks when the iPhone 5s is rotated.

    To test, visit https://www.alottajava.com. Rotate the device so that the screen width changes (from portrait to landscape and from landscape to portrait). You may need to rotate a couple of times to see the problem. Once broken, the screen must be manually refreshed to restore proper operation of the logo slider.

    We will update to 1.3.1 in our test environment and retest before applying to our production environment.

    We have updated to 1.3.1 in our test site. The version number in logo-showcase.php has not been updated from 1.3, so WordPress does not recognize the new plugin as an update and still indicates that there is an update available.

    Thank you very much for your quick responses. As indicated previously, 1.3 does not fix the device rotation problem. We will leave our production site at version 1.3 and await a future release.

    Our current shortcode on the alottajava.com home page is
    [logoshowcase limit="-1" hide_border="true" autoplay="true" autoplay_interval="400" loop="true" slides_column="5" speed="1000" slides_scroll="2" dots="false" arrows="false" image_size="medium" show_title="false"]

    Thank you for a great plugin and for your great support.

    Hello please try this code

    [logoshowcase limit="-1" hide_border="true" autoplay="true" loop="true" slides_column="5" speed="1000" slides_scroll="1" dots="false" arrows="false" image_size="medium" show_title="false"]

    Here remove autoplay_interval=”400″ OR set it to autoplay_interval=”2000″ also make
    slides_scroll=”2″ to slides_scroll=”1″

    Thread Starter deeveedee

    (@deeveedee)

    @wponlinesupport,

    It looks like you may have found the problem. I changed the autoplay_interval to 1000 and the device rotation works, but now the slider is much too slow. Is there anything that I can do so that the logo slider supports autoplay_interval="400"

    Thank you again for your great support!

    My current shortcode is as follows
    [logoshowcase limit="-1" hide_border="true" autoplay="true" autoplay_interval="1000" loop="true" slides_column="5" speed="1000" slides_scroll="2" dots="false" arrows="false" image_size="medium" show_title="false"]

    Try auto play interval to 1000 and then try.
