Hi,
is it possible to create a full width, full height slider with the slider shortcode? Like a hero image slider on the front page that goes underneath the header?

Hi @stevert,

I don’t think this slider is the best thing for such a case.

Thank you! Do you maybe have a recommendation? It should be simple and lightweight.

As a simple and lightweight slider, I personally prefer OwlCarousel, but it doesn’t have fullscreen options/plugins out of the box. Here’s a pen, which may help – https://codepen.io/ingvi/pen/gaOzYe.
