slide transitions
-
I am using the Responsive option and was wondering if I can set the timing of the fade transitions. Right now the slides transition about every 6 seconds and I need to get it down to about 3.

Hi orbitbob,
In the advanced settings there are 2 options:
Slide delay – this is how long each slide stays visible for before it moves to the next one
Animation speed – this is how long the fade itself takes.Regards,
Tom.When I click on advanced settings, the box doesn’t open up.
I noticed I had an update and after I updated the Advanced Settings opened up. Thanks, I got it now.
I’m also having the problem where the Advanced settings doesn’t open up when I click the arrow. This has happened since I upgraded wordpress and meta slider lite.
Hi Jane,
Do you have google chrome installed?
If you do, please could you go to the Meta Slider page in WordPress. Then, in chrome, go to View > Developer > Developer tools. That will reveal a developer panel at the bottom of the page. Click on the ‘Console’ tab. Then click the Advanced Settings heading. Do you see any errors in the console, and if so could you paste them here?
Thanks
Tom.Today, I had an update notification. When I updated the plugin, I was able to open the Advanced tab. Note, you have to click on the text rather than the arrow.

Good spot.. I’ll get that fixed up for the next version π
Aha! Thanks orbitbob – clicking on the text works.
Tom, thanks for your reply. I’m in firefox right now, but I do have chrome installed. Will it help you if I do as you asked above, or do you think you know what’s going on now?
Hi Jane,
Nope, you can ignore all that now.
I’ve already made it so the arrow is clickable, it’ll be working in v2.6.1 π
Regards,
Tom.Thanks, Tom.
Thanks for a great plugin, Tom, and for the great support.
Hi,
I’m unable to access the Advance Settings (both word or arrow doesn’t open it up)
I’m using WP 3.8.1, Metaslider 2.6.3, Metaslider Pro Addon 2.3
So, I went into developer mode under Console and copied the errors.
