Slide Info text editor missing

    I can‘t edit the slide info text in the backend. The editor window keeps blank: no keyboard input or tag selection is possible. Even existing texts fromthe sampler are not displayed here but inthefrontend. Any idea?

    Hi,

    Thank you for choosing Master Slider.

    Some plugins caused that issue, such as tinyMCE. So I guess there is a conflict between that editor plugin and Master Slider.
    
Please deactivate that specific plugin, or if you don’t have any editor plugin, deactivate all the installed plugins, except Master Slider. Then reactivate them one by one. After activating each plugin, check out and see if the issue persists.
    If the problem persists, you can select the default theme and check out again. It’s possible that your theme is causing an issue.
