I’m also coming up against this issue. I’m using a custom theme, no js used at all inside the theme, none specified in the head. Crelly slider is the latest version. The shortcode is inserted into a widget area. The widget area appears fine with text, the crelly slider element is greyed out when inspect is used. The element has an inline display:none applied to it.
