SKU Doesn’t Work for “Some” Products

    Hi there. Thank you for the plugin! For the most part it’s working great right out of the box!

    One issue I’ve run into that I’m hoping you can help with…some of the SKUs aren’t loading the product in search, while some of them are.

    https://midwestsi.com/supplies/

    The SKU: 8012971 & 801292 do not return results even though the products have a SKU.
    The SKU: 8012973 & 8012974 are set up the same way and DO return results.

    Plugins disabled, theme set to default, no change :/

    Hi,

    Can you give me the link to these products with SKUs 8012971 & 801292 ?

    Maybe these products are out-of-stock or hidden? Also – did you try to re-index plugin table from the settings page?

    Thank you for your help on this. I did run the re-index. Below is a product SKU that we are having issues with. I think the other one is working, but I’m not sure what changed.
