Skip web-based confirmation on comment approval?

Is there an easy way to skip the extra “confirmation” step once you have clicked the “approve comment” link in a comment email? That is, I’d like to have the comment approved simply by clicking the link, without having to do the additional step of clicking “yes” from the web browser.
