The sizing option in my form is not working.

The dropdowns for size are blank

I have set up size variations in WooCommerce.

Any idea how i can get this working?

Fixed, Needed to create proper product attribute

As far as I know, I have created attributes but sizes are still not showing in the drop down. Is there anything I should be checking?
