Sitemaps Bold Text

Since using SEO plugin the page on my site I am trying to promote has bombed in google ranking. Page is http://www.back-doctor.co.uk/chester-chiropractor
When I check out the XML sitemaps I notice that some pages are bold and others are not. Does this have any significance and can I do anything about it?
