Sitemap "priority" and "change frequency"

    Hello,

    Hope you can help me with this. My sitemap is not optimized regarding “priority” and “change frequency” (for example the Blog page should have “Priority” = 100% and “Change Frequency” = Daily, since is the most updated page). How can I make this be accurate?
