sitemap pending

I am using latest version of WP and your plugin. In google web tools Sitemap is daily processed and daily it shows pending. Please check screenshot.
By this I am getting visitor loss. I disable Dynamic sitemap and for 3 days sitemap was not showing pending in google web tools and It showed indexed and submitted. Then I get normal visitor for 3 days. Now again it is showing pending then again visitor is down. How to fix? Please help.

Your sitemap looks fine, and your pages are showing up in Google.
