Sitemap issue with Yoast

Hello,
I noticed WPJobManager adds two taxonomy sitemaps to sitemap_index.xml in Yoast but they don’t show up under Yoast > Search Appearance so I can’t remove them.
Is there a reason they are added to the Yoast Sitemap but not showing in the dashboard as options to remove?
These are low quality and we don’t want to index them but they aren’t being registered like normal taxonomies so not being detected by Yoast in the dashboard.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

To remove one taxonomy
