Sitemap has not Clear URL

Hello!
My Google XML plugin generated sitemap.xml with such links:

Is it noraml? I thought that it will be like this:

		<lastmod>2013-04-21T06:27:01+00:00</lastmod>

		<priority>0.6</priority>
	</url>
