Site_inaccessible error

    I deactivated all plugins yesterday in an effort to fix my RSS code, and now I cannot get Jetpack to reconnect. I had no trouble the first time. I have tried deactiviting plugins, using the twenty theme, and my xml…. page is working (I forget the code, but I tested it and it was fine). Here’s the error I get.

    Your website needs to be publicly accessible to use Jetpack: site_inaccessible
    Error Details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [HTTP 406]. Ask your web host if they allow connections from WordPress.com. If you need further assistance, contact Jetpack Support: http://jetpack.me/support/
