Site with all products

Hi there
I’m creating an online shop for a friend. On the start page all product categories are listed. Now I would like to create a seperate page on which all products are listed. New products should be on the top and there should be the possibility to sort the products similar to the product categories-pages.
How can I do this? I’ve created a new page in WordPress with the shortcode [products]. Now all products are listed but there isn’t the possibility to sort them and the new products aren’t on the top.
