• Hello,

Before caring to check on the forum, I entered the cloudflare root on the AO CDN field and my site is now unreachable.

Tried to remane WP plugins folder and the AO plugin(s) too via FTP. Also, renamed the template folder but nothing.

    The browser returns:
Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.
This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

    My WP install:

    PHP Version: 5.4
    DB: MariaDB 10 (mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.0.23-MariaDB, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 5.2)
    THEME: stratus
AO: setup has all image formats on.

I’m pretty sure it’s down to what I entered into the CDN field. It’s in a loop.

Do you have any advice on how to regain connectivity? Any file I can modify via FTP in the directory?

    Many thanks.

the only explanation of why renaming plugins/ ao folder does not fix this would be if you have page caching plugin, in which case you would have to remove the page cache folder (depends on which caching plugin you use, but wp-content/cache is not uncommon).

an alternative could be to disable cloudflare (changing your dns) I guess?

    hope this helps,

    Hi Frank,
    thank you for the reply.
Tried everything you mentioned but nothing.
I think that on top of the re-direct loop, there must be something that got corrupted.
I’ll be reinstalling and restoring backup.

    Thank you
