Hello @leehuntmbb
I have reviewed the errors you shared from the Firefox console:
- Cookie “__ssid” has been rejected for invalid domain.
This cookie __ssid is not set by CleanTalk. Our cookies always start with ct_ or apbct_, or bot_detector_. This error typically comes from another plugin or script on your site.
- fetch_error: Could not get a valid response from the server.
This error indicates that the server did not respond properly to a JavaScript request. It is a general server‑side issue (timeout or no response), not specific to CleanTalk.
- Jetpack “site down” messages.
These confirm intermittent server unavailability, which is likely the root cause of the console errors as well.
None of the console errors mention CleanTalk or our scripts. Therefore, I believe the issue is not directly related to our plugin.
What we recommend:
- Check your server error logs for the period when the problem occurs.
- Review your PHP error log, look for memory limits, execution timeouts, or database connection issues.
- Temporarily deactivate other plugins (especially caching, optimisation, and WooCommerce-related ones) to see if the issue persists.
- Contact your hosting provider and share the error messages with them. Intermittent crashes when editing products may be caused by insufficient server resources or incorrectly configured restrictions.
