Site Stats not working

Hi!

My site stats stopped working properly. I can only see the number of views and the pages that were viewed, but I’m not shown any information about the visits/ors (now number, no demos). Does a plugin interfere with it?

I checked the Stats tracking code on your site, and it seems to be working properly. I also checked your stats on WordPress.com, and they appear to be displayed properly. Could you check there as well, and let me know if you still experience issues?

Yes, on WordPress.com the stats are displayed correctly, but unfortunately, not in the Jetpack integration of my website…

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I’m trying to figure out how to move which files etc. but I just don’t know how to do it…

I’ve let our Stats team know about the issue, and we’ll work on getting this fixed.

It turns out Unique Visitors were never displayed in your dashboard. Jetpack Stats doesn’t handle Unique Visitors yet, that’s something we have to add to the plugin in a future update.

Until then, you’ll have to go to WordPress.com to view advanced stats, including Uniques.

Hi there,

My jetpack site stats is showing a fraction of what google analytics is telling me. I read the thread above and looked at my stats through wordpress.com and those stats are also incorrect. It looks like other people are having issues viewing their complete stats as well – is the issue going to be fixed with a new wordpress update?
