    Hi @ericyx,

    Sorry to hear regarding that. However, such issue occurs when there is a conflict on your website.

    Enabling Debug mode would be the initial step in order to troubleshoot the issue and get the website back up asap.

    Please check the following doc on how to enable debug mode:

    Once debug mode is enabled, you’ll have to load the website to generate the 500 error again, and the related error logs would be saved under /wp-content/ directory inside debug.log file.

    Once done, please do share the log file in the next reply so that we could have a better idea regarding the issue. You can use Google Drive, Dropbox or Pastebin to share the log file.
