Hey, thanks for trying Jetpack Boost.
That error message can appear in your admin dashboard if our servers take too long to respond with a site score. Can you please try refreshing your Jetpack Boost admin page, to see if the same error occurs again?
It may be that generating a pagespeed report for your site is taking longer than our system expects. Would you mind letting us know the URL of your website, so that we can measure the time it takes to generate a pagespeed score?
It shows same error whenever i open Jetpack boost page. Can i send you link privately somehow?

Hi @fkranjce1!
We’ve deployed improvements in version 1.0.2 that should fix the issue.
Please update the plugin, then purge any caches that you might have (WordPress cache, Cloudflare cache, etc) and try logging in to your site in an incognito window (to prevent browser cache from interfering) and try it out.
Let me know if the issue is solved!
Cheers!
It still shows timed out message. I’ve sent screenshot through email support.

@fkranjce1 I think I’m not seeing the email. Can you try again and include a link to this forum thread? Thanks.
Sent to JetpackBoost@automattic.com now…previously i’ve sent email directly to Mark as he’ve replied to my original email.
Fix for it till Cloudflare don’t fix it internally:
“If that doesn’t work, can you please configure CloudFlare to allow all traffic from the following IP address:
35.188.32.9”
Tnx Mark from Automattic!

Side note to @dvharrison ,
Please do not jump into other topics and detract from their problem. If the troubleshooting already posted made no difference for you, then, as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic. A lot more people will see your post, and that way you stand a good chance of getting the assistance you want. Despite any similarity in symptoms, your issue is likely to be completely different because of possible differences in physical servers, accounts, hosts, plugins, theme, configurations, etc. Thus one problem, on one setup is not indicative of the functionality and reliability of an application as a whole.
I’ll be archiving your post.
