    Hi,
    
I am running my website on WordPress and using BeOnePage Pro theme and it’s been going great BUT just today when I went to my website almost all information, modules, menus, social and pictures I’ve uploaded disappeared and/or reseted to the default theme features.
    The only thing left is my portfolio.

    Could someone please help me get my website back to what it was?
    I’ve worked really hard on it and would be devastated if it’s not restorable! ;(

    Hi,

    do you have a backup of your website? If you have it, you can easely restore it. Another way is to ask your hosting provider support team about restoring this website.

    Unfortunately I don’t think I have. Weirdly I never thought of backing it up!
    I will definitely learn how to do it now!

    For example, you can use the “Backup WordPress” plugin – really simple and free.

    Did you try to switch theme?Next time you should try to make regular back up or use this.
    Updraft plugin.

    I haven’t tried switching themes. I’m a bit afraid I’ll loose everything.

    Hosting providers said they can only restore a version from May 2017 (around the time I created it), so no help there.

    Anyway I’m re-creating the website manually…

    I’ll check both options and do the backup asap!
