that is the theme used here. this site did one freelancer for me. I pay him for this site. now he does not reply to me. I don’t know he buys this. he didn’t give me any theme purchasing code
that’s why I put my issue here to fix the issue

Here’s the concern: if your site is using a theme that was not from the author then there’s a real possibility that it’s loaded with hacks and back doors.
When a site is hacked, there’s usually some reliable ways to delouse it.

If your theme isn’t from the author then odds are that those methods won’t work. Your site isn’t hacked as much as you may have installed bad code on it, in this case that theme.
I suggest that you consider completely deleting that theme and switch to one that you obtained directly from the author. You’ll still need to delouse your site but losing that theme is the first step.
If you still need support for that theme then please contact the author of that theme directly.
As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there if you are their customer.
