    Hi,

    Now we run performance test to our site as the site is very slow to connect we use webpagetest as a tool to test the performance and we notice in the waterfall result that site take almost 4 or 5 seconds to start render and get the first byte and render html so we need to know how to improve this point and decrease render time

    please check this result of the performance test

    Can you please share which settings you have enabled in Performance>General settings and also, which hosting provider you are using, what is the location of the server and do you have shared hosting plan or better?

    What do you mean with general performance settings ??

    our hosting provider is bluehost

    Our server is located on US

    Now we on shared hosting plan and our package is the ONLINE STORE but we will upgrade to ONLINE STORE + MARKETPLACE plan within a few days

    we didn’t use w3 total cache plugin we now use another 2 plugins for cache (WP Fastest CacheSpeed Up – Browser Caching)

    This is the W3 Total Cache support thread. If you do not use W3 Total Cache and using any other plugin to optimize the performance, you should check with the support of those other plugins for assistance.
