site pages not opening

    Some pages of my clients website that I have created in wordpress are not opening. (wordpress 3.6 – catalyst parent theme – dynamic child theme)

    www.indiacompositesshow.com

    some page like http://www.indiacompositesshow.com/exhibitor-manual/ not opening

    also if you click on image thumbnails at http://www.indiacompositesshow.com/speakers/

    the pages show a plain grey area.

    how is this happening. I have checked everything. Nothing wrong on my side.

    Please , I need urgent help. On some other computer some times it works. Most of the times it doesn’t.

    Please note that your issues are no more urgent than anyone else’s.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder and wp-config.php & root .htaccess files – from a fresh download of WordPress. Make sure that you delete the old copies of files & folder before uploading the new ones.

    Hi,

    None of our Solutions’ pages are opening .
    I have since updated the pluggins we have installed but it’s still not working.

    Could you please check what I could also do to fix it?
