    Hi Leo,

    It appears that you have two separate WordPress installations: one at the root and another in the /wp folder. You should only need the one installed at the root and delete the one in the /wp folder. Then, navigate to /wp-admin/ (not /wp/wp-admin/) to access the admin dashboard to add your content. You do not need an FTP client to make basic content changes to the site, but may need one to add new themes and/or plugins depending on the setup of your host server, or if you wish to make modifications to any of the files on the server (note: your content is stored in the database, not in any of the files).
