Site not updating

    Hello,

    I am in need of help with my WP website. I set it up a while back and didn´t need to make any changes untul recently. Right now I need to urgently change my phone number and the site would not update regardless of what I do. I followed the instructions of clearing all cache on browser, website and server with no result whatsoever. As you may guess from how this is frased I am not a programmer and so right now am at a complete loss of what to do to change this one line on my website.
    I will greatly appreciate any and all recommendations, options and advice you can give me.

    Are you using the default WordPress editor or using a Page builder?

    Perhaps you can share a screenshot (using a tool such as Lightshot) of the editor page

    Have you actually changed the number in WP Admin?

    If so, is the problem that the new number won’t show up on the web site?

    When you go back into Admin, did the new number save OK?

    I went to the Admin page, selected the page I want to change (Contacts), changed the phone number and only the phone number and pressed Refrech. It showed me “Page was saved”, but when I go the the actual page it is exactly as it was before. I tried making changes on other pages with exactly the same result.

    The row at the bottom of each page (with the number ending in 395) seems to be in the footer, which needs to be edited in Appearance -> Widgets. Try checking in there for a widget which contains the bottom row.

    If not, check the theme settings that there’s not a global setting for this bottom row.

    Thanks Sal! I’ll have a look at that, and that also has to be changed.
    But my initial question is regarding the page http://www.psychology-barcelona.com/en/contact/ and the number on it. Or any other page for that matter, because none of the changes I try to introduce show up.

    The number on the Contact page ends in 051 (I think it was previously 395) so maybe the page is updated OK now?

    I’d guess there’s a caching issue somewhere.

    Thanks, yes I just tried it from a different computer a minute ago and it worked!
    Can’t find the footnote anywhere on the menu, but I can live with that for now.

    The footer should be under Appearance -> Widgets. If you don’t have full Administrator menu permissions, possibly you won’t be able to see that. If so, you’d need to ask the Administrator to make those changes.
