I would love to help, but I’m not sure I understand the question. Did you create a new theme? A new style sheet? Upload that to your wp-content/themes/nameoftheme/ folder – with the “nameoftheme” being the theme you are working on – and then make sure you have selected that theme in the Admin > Presentation section, then view your site.
Make sure you refresh your browser screen completely. Then you should see the changes.

I think he’s saying he’s done something in photoshop (when referreing to layout) and has probably slicjed the images and isn’t sure what code goes where for each slice.
My suggestion would be pick a theme you find closest to your layout, Save a copy of the images to your hdd, remove the iamges from the theme renaming your own images with the names for the images from the theme and see how it looks. Then edit the css accordingly.
It should give you a basic start. There’s no magic fix for a new layout, it will require some work to..er..work

Say i have a page already and have like a iframe i want to put the entries in the iframe
Do you want the iframe to be on every page or just in one post?
If you want the iframe in every post, then you will have to add it to the index.php template within The Loop, as macmanx gave you the link to.
If you want the iframe in a single post, and not to be seen again, paste it into your post where you want it within the text and save the post. There is a little more to it, but until we understand the specifics, this is the best we can do.
I think he has a layout with an iframe as part of the layout. And I think he wants the blog to appear INSIDE the iframe. I think.
