Site is loading slow after OceanWP update

Hi, My site has been loading extremely slow. This happened after the new automatic OceanWP update. I’ve tried clearing the cache, permanently deleting images, and I get the critical error 500 message when saving changes on the scripts and styles page. I think there could be an error in the system of my site that is causing the slow loading. Would it help if I shared a copy of my site’s system status to find the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Kindly try to update the Ocean extra plugin also to the latest version, clear the cache, and check.
And also go to Elementor > System Info and share the report with us so that we can take a look.

Hello,

Thank you for sharing the system info.

That is quite odd, try to disable all the nonocean plugins and check if it is working or facing the same error. If resolved after disabling the plugins then enable the one-by-one plugin, and refresh the page after enabling each plugin, to check the conflict issue.

If not resolved, please share the snapshot of the error and the generated error log.

Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved with the plugins. I don’t want to risk messing up the website and files in the cpanel as I’m not sure how to revert the site to a backup, so I guess the problem will have to be left for now. But it is definitely odd as the site went from loading in 2 seconds to 11 seconds with no changes made by me

Kindly create a staging site and try to do the testings there without bothering your actual site.
Please create a staging site, follow the above steps, and check.
