Site hacked, any ideas?

Hi! Checked out my wordpress site and it looks really weird. In the code ner the footer there is a lot of javascript and links to obvious spam sites. I can’t find out where the code is inserted – I made a little test by adding some comments in the code to see what could be inserting the code (in my footer.php):

<!– 1 –></body>
<!– 2 –>
</html>

The bad code is inserted after the first comment and before the body tag. What could be causing this? My website is at:
