The standard procedure for type of plugin lemming march, is to get into your website files using either FTP or through your web hosting management. Then rename your plugins directories, this disables them, you can then sort out which have issues, etc.
i can’t log in to the website as i get this message when i try. i was logged in and saw a notification that i had plugin updates which i selected and clicked update. i have not been able to get back in since. i do not have ftp access. what do i tell those that do to help get our site back up?
I understand that you cannot login to your WordPress dashboard.
I am asking you to EITHER login to your web hosts files using FTP,
OR login to your website hosting management (probably cPanel) and use the file manager there to do these renames. These are different logins to your WordPress.
I can’t log in to my site it shows 503Server currently undergoing maintenance. Webmaster: please contact support.
I hosting this site and my own domain. I used WP- platform to build the site for this domain name. I purchased a premium theme that works perfectly find for about a week or two. Then all of the sudden the provider blocked me from login in to my own site , which i owned the domain and hosted with my own hosting.
My question is How can this violate any TOS…
Had the same problem on several websites, what I did so far was to ftp to the website, navigate to wp-content -> plugins and rename the folder nextgen-gallery into something else -> nextgen-gallery_out
You then are again able to reuse your website, of course without that plugin, thus having no galleries anymore.
Anybody found a fix for that plugin error ?
