I am unable to log into my site http://www.6thyearseniors.com nor it’s admin panel. At first the screen was completely white but once I updated it through SiteGround this message appears when I attempt to access the site and admin panel: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /home/c6thyear/public_html/wp-content/plugins/soundcloud-sound-competition/API/Facebook/FacebookSession.php on line 93
I was refereed to WP.ORG from the folks at WP.COM and I’m not sure if I need to have the site reset by .ORG or if there is something i can do myself but Like I said I can not access my admin panel so I am completely lost.
    Thank you.

Login to FTP/SFTP or your server directly.
Go to this directory: wp-content/plugins/ and change the name of the plugin folder soundcloud-sound-competition to something else, doing so, the plugin which is causing this will be deactivated..

I’m getting an error that reads “critical error: could not connect to server” I am using the same username and password I use to log into my siteground cpanel.

The username and password you need to FTP into your webhost’s server you would need to find out from them if it’s not the same as cPanel’s.

You should be able to use cPanel’s File Manager to rename the directory.
