Site crashes when activating the plugin

Every time I try to activate this plugin, my whole site crashes (admin and site). Is it possible that the plugin (which I need as their live score widget is really the most complete for my site) is not compatible with WordPress 3.5? I’m not good with coding so a plugin that works is really something essential for me.
