one thing you can try:
do you have access to cPanel or file manager for GoDaddy?
can you see which themes are available in your themes directory?
It may be nothing on Godaddys end but usually they have experts on-hand who can quickly look at bringing your website back online. What did they suggest you do to bring your site back online?
If Godaddy does not have a ready solution to bring your site back online you may want to try reaching out to your Local WordPress Meetups, Local WordCamps, and Local WordPress companies.
