    WP 5.1
    Tried to delete the plugin and it asked WHY
    I tried to skip and deactivate and it hung up.

    Now, my site is down and if you go to it, it tries to download a php file and won’t load.

    Hi,

    Please use FTP and find /wp-content/plugins/photo-gallery folder and rename the folder. By renaming it the Plugin will be deactivated. I guess the Plugin has not been deleted at all. Please let me know if renaming the Plugin helped to recover your website.
