Site completely Blank

I just downloaded this plugin to try to reduce the load time for certain pages and of course the whole site goes white. I do not have a dedicated server, I can’t login to the admin panel, I can’t even load old pages that have. I even tried logging into the Word Press App and trying to update it somehow to delete this plugin. When I do get to login on the App it wont let me deactivate the plugin without going to the White Screen again.

Not sure what to do… Let me know.
