I don’t edit my site often, but now I can’t edit any widget, and I believe this occurred after an auto-update. I also don’t have the technical savvy or time to sort this out, so I would pay a WP expert to do it for me.

    Hello @ccaeaadm

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
To confirm if the issue is related to our plugin, can you please temporarily disable W3 Total Cache and see if the problem persists so we can determine if this is related to W3TC?

    Thanks!

    Thank you Marko.

Like I said, I am not tech savvy…is this something that you could do for me, or give me the steps to try myself?

    Hello @ccaeaadm

    Sorry for the late reply.

To temporary disable W3 Total Cache, login to your wp-admin area, go to Plugins>Installed plugins, scroll down to the W3 Total Cache and click “deactivate”

Let me know if the issue persist after this.

    Thanks!

I did not see that listed among the plugins…

    Hello @ccaeaadm

If the W3 Total Cache is not listed in the plugins section, it means that our plugin is not responsible for the issue.

Please check this with the support of the theme you are using or your website hosting provider.

    Thanks!
