You’re using Elementor. Its internal cache may have become corrupted. To fix this, go to Elementor > Settings > Tools and click the “Delete CSS” button. If you have any further questions, please visit the Elementor support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/

Ok will try that out, thanks for the reply! Does deleting the CSS run any risks of further damage? Sorry, novice here.

The problem is not the lack of styles, but that the WordPress theme is disabled or does not load its main CSS files.

The code shows plugin styles (Elementor, Yoast, Header Footer Elementor, Sassy Social Share), but the main CSS file of the Kale theme is missing (only its fonts kale-fonts-css are loaded).

Are you using a child theme? Is it disabled after updating the main one?

See how it looks with kale/style.css loaded:

If You are not using child theme You will have the same problem after each update.

rename your plugins folder via ftp, if the site fixes itself its a plugin, then reactivate one by one to find the culprit. if not, switch to a default theme next to rule that out too

@bogastyle thanks for the reply. I can’t tell if it’s exactly the same, but that screenshot is definitely much closer to what the site should actually look like. I’m honestly not sure if I’m using a child theme or not, apologies. How do I check, and/or ensure the theme is correctly loaded?
