• I haven’t yet altered single.php but for some reason when I open a single post, my sidebar goes completely wonky. It’s been quite a while since my HTML days, so fogive me if it’s a simple fix. Could it be that something in the sidebar isn’t compatible with single.php or is it the code itself?

  • You’ve got some out of place </div> tags and other errors in single.php, maybe from widgets or editing: [Invalid]Markup Validation of theoodlenoodle.com ?p=32 – W3C Markup Validator. Scroll down in the validation report to see line numbers and source code.

Thanks for your reply. I ran the code and corrected all the errors. The sidebar seems to be fixed. I re-ran it through and it says it’s clean. However, now I’ve lost my header and footer images. They’re still visible on index.php but missing on any other page (inc. single.php and pages)? Any ideas?

Tried out a few things, still can’t get those images up. I tried recoding header.php but then the whole thing went crazy. It looks like the theme I chose has a lot of HTML problems. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks.
