Single Spacing all Docs

Hi,
I need help with single spacing the WP page I help edit. It is not a spacing issue between lines. We want all of the content to be single spaced automatically and we will add a double space when needed.
We upload various private/government reports so it needs to be precise all the time.
Please help! I am sick and tired of hitting Shift+Enter hundreds of times a day.

Look in your CSS at the definitions of
