Single Page Parallax Effect on Sensible Theme?

Is it possible to do this?

I did inspect element but they don’t have the div id.. only div class

I wonder if i can just manually add div id to each section and do the basic custom link thing and will achieve the single page parallax effect? I hope I make sense…
