Hello @anguria65
I’m really sorry, but without seeing what we’re working with, we cannot suggest anything. It’s like going to the car mechanic without the car. 🙁
Please let us know as soon as you’re ready and the site is online somewhere and we’ll be more than happy to take a look and see what’s what.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello @cteduard ,
I created a simulation at this link.
Thanks
Hello @anguria65
As was I suspecting, the plugin strips down a theme’s template, which makes it so that our code doesn’t get executed anymore.
Have you tried looking around the plugin settings to see if they offer any option for inheriting the theme template?
Thanks.
Hi @anguria65
One update – I think you should definitely try to look at the plugin settings or contact their dev. I was able to identify the plugin and the results are the same even on the default theme, as well as another popular theme –

This definitely takes the theme chosen out of the equation.
Hope this clears things up!
Thanks.
Hi @cteduard,
Thanks for the reply for the update.
I have contacted plugin support and am awaiting a response, however with another theme it displays correctly:

Thanks.
Hello @anguria65
It depends on the theme. If they went the forceful approach, any plugin might look good. With Blocksy, we took the universal approach and as long as the issue replicates on the default 202x themes, it confirms it is a plugin problem.
Hope this clears things up!
Thanks.
Hello @cteduard,
Thanks for the reply.
I solved it with media queries. This way I can use your theme.
Best regards
