Single flickr image from public domain

The blog has posted a picture from the flickr. I would like to implement something like this on my blog.

Let’s say that I have identified the picture to be is this one. http://flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=100593501&size=s

I would like to use this pic in my blog exactly the way it’s should in the blog. Of course I’ll give due credit to the person I borrowed the picture from.

Anyone has done anything like this? Any plugin?
