Simultaneous coupons doesnt apply

I have 2 coupons:
COUPON1: gives 10% discount if you bought more than 10 units of products from category A or B
COUPON2: gives 20% discount if you bought more than 50 units of products from category A or BIf I bought 11 units of products from category A it applies COUPON1
If I bought 51 units of products from category A it applies COUPON2
But if I bought 11 units of products from category A and 51 products from category B, it doesn’t apply any coupon.
