Simplicio template not uploaded properly, please help!!!

Hi,
I need some help with the simplicio template that I just bought from skinpress.com. It’s not uploading properly. I get 2 warnings saying:

Warning: file(/home/blaineb/public_html/blaineblogger.com/wp-content/themes/Simplicio/style.css) [function.file]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/blaineb/public_html/blaineblogger.com/wp-includes/theme.php on line 180

Warning: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed in /home/blaineb/public_html/blaineblogger.com/wp-includes/theme.php on line 180

It does activate and show on the site but what do these warnings mean? and if they need to be fixed, how would I fix them?
