Simple woocommerce background change

Hi There, big noob here.

I believe what I need is a simple fix but have had difficulty trying on my own.

I want to make the product section that is currently dark between the Header and Footer white, the same as the header.

Not sure where I would add the background code to however. Obviously want this to carry through to the product section eg: http://www.theswingclinic.com/product/fathers-day-50-special/
