Simple to use, does what I needed

I had looked at a few chat plugins before this one. Most of them either wanted me to write every answer by hand or connected to something that knew nothing about my business. This one read my own pages and built the answers from them, so I did not have to prepare anything. I checked what it had understood about us, fixed two small things, and switched it on. It handles the repetitive questions now and passes anything unusual to me instead of guessing. I am not technical and I did not need help with any of it. Works well and I have left it alone since.
