Simple Tag

If this has been answered, my apologies, I couldn’t find it.

I need a REALLY quick way to create a tracking link; not Google Analytics, or the standard plugins that require several items for documentation. If possible, I just want to add something like ‘?123’, and be able to see if it was clicked.

For instance, I message a friend on facebook with a link to a blog post they might like. I simply want to know if they clicked the link or not, because if they didn’t, I don’t want to bother them again.

If necessary, I will keep track of the extensions that I have used in an off-line spreadsheet. My guess is there is a way to do this with WP off the shelf. Any ideas?
