Simple setup, useful answers

Setup took about fifteen minutes. It read our own pages and built the knowledge base from them, and we could review everything before turning it on. Answers stay close to what is actually published on our site, and when it does not know something it says so and offers to pass the question to us.
It asks for a name and email when someone wants a reply, so the requests that reach us are the ones worth answering. Everything stays inside our WordPress, and we connect our own AI key, so there is no extra charge per conversation.
