• Using Simple Membership with hCaptcha in WordPress. The integration for login and password reset works however the drop in replacement for the membership form is not working. I have tried using the native simple membership validation which is enter two digits and no hcaptch appears on the page, I have tried adding reCaptcha v3 plugin, configuring this and hcaptcha does not replace this either.

I’d appreciate help with troubleshooting the issue

    Hi,

We officially support the Simple Membership Login, Lost Password, and Register forms, as listed in the plugin readme.

The standard Simple Membership registration form shortcode should be supported:

    [swpm_registration_form]

If this is the form you are using, hCaptcha should appear there when the Simple Membership Register Form integration is enabled.

I am not fully sure what you mean by a “membership form” or a “drop-in replacement for the membership form.” If this is a custom form, a form created by a Simple Membership addon, or a form that replaces the standard registration form, then it may not be covered by the current integration.

Please send the System Info from the hCaptcha plugin:

    hCaptcha → System Info

That will help us see which integrations and related plugins/addons are active.

    Hello,

I am using the standard Simple Membership registration form. The ‘drop in replacement’ was a quote from hCaptcha documentation, apologies for any confusion.

How to send the system info; paste it in the forum?
