Simple Form will not send

    Hello,
    I have made a simple contact form with the idea of automatically sending a PDF to an email.
    At first the form was saying submitted, but not going anywhere. So I investigated that and installed a WP Mail SMTP plugin and followed the instructions. My email is the free Bluehost webmail. Now, however, it just times out and shows an error.

    I am new to this and on the brink of giving up! Any help most appreciated!
